We understand that you are just as excited about receiving your mocs as we are at getting them to you.  🙂   We kindly ask for your patience while your moccasins are being made.  See FAQs for completion timeframes.  Each moccasin & flat is hand-crafted and made to order by the Artist.  We encourage you to check in with us at any time to find out the status of your order (please include Order number).    If you are placing an order and you are requesting your order by a specific date, please inquire prior to your purchase to ensure the Artist can accommodate your request.   Email us at: info@LLDesignsStore.com.

Your order status will display as “Processing” during the construction period.  Once your order is complete, you will receive a “completion” notification.  To utilize studio time efficiently, once orders are complete they are sent over to Fulfillment for packaging & shipping.  Tracking confirmation number will be issued upon shipping.  The completion timeframe will vary & will be updated as the artist works through orders. We kindly ask for your patience while your moccasins are being made. Again, we encourage you to check in with us at any time and find out the status of your order :). If you are concerned with receiving your order by a specific date, please email us at info@LLDesignsStore.com to ensure we can accommodate your request prior to your purchase.  *IMPORTANT* – LL Designs is not a mass manufacturer and all our artisan moccasins are 100% hand-made. 🙂

IMPORTANT Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).  If requesting expedited shipping, buyer will be invoiced for additional shipping cost.  We ship to Canada, the estimated delivery timeframe  to Canada takes approximately 7 – 10 business days. Once in Canada, you can also track your shipment at www.Canadapost.ca.  Countries outside of the U.S. & Canada can range from  10 – 28 business days.  We are not responsible for delays in your country’s Customs.

Do you ship International?

We accept international orders.  Shipping international takes between 10 -21 business days depending on your country’s postal service.  Your country may require you to pay customs to import your order into your country; it is your country’s sales tax. LL Designs cannot declare your item as a gift, nor mark items at an inaccurate value, as it is a federal offense and illegal here in the United States.  Customs forms will always include the accurate price of the product being shipped.   If your country is not listed during checkout; orders outside of these countries – buyer pays additional fees that apply. How can I receive my order sooner?

Unless you are a retailer, LL Designs has very few moccasins in stock.  Most, if not all moccasins are made to order and not kept in stock due to the nature of the art form and technique in which they are made.  No beaded moccasin is kept in stock.   Expedited orders require approval by artist & involves an additional fee.  Please inquire prior to your purchase at Info@LLDesignsStore.com if you are requesting your order to be expedited.
